Hongwei Qu
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Qu, 35, is the Chairman and CEO of Bohai. He brings significant experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sector in China, most recently as the founder of Yantai Hangwei Medical Trading Co. in 2001. Mr. Qu engineered the acquisition of Bohai in May 2007, resulting in the current company. Mr. Qu has demonstrated extensive management expertise and wide-ranging contacts in government and industry. Gene Hsiao
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hsiao, 47, joined Bohai in June 2010 and has over 15 years of corporate finance and management experience. Prior to his appointment he held positions at various public companies, including J&J Snack Foods Corporation (NASDAQ: JJSF), RCN Corporation (NASDAQ: RCNI), and most recently as CFO for China Advanced Construction Materials Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CADC) from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for all U.S. affairs as well as corporate finance functions in China. [top]

Chunhong Jiang
Secretary and Treasurer

Ms. Jiang, 45, joined Bohai in 2007 and was appointed to Secretary and Treasurer in June 2010. Ms. Jiang has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for the accounting and finance functions of Bohai’s operating subsidiary. From 1994 to 2003, Ms. Jiang has gained extensive experience as Financial Manager at Yantai Garment Company and, subsequently, Financial Manager at Yantai Furao Trading Group from 2004 to 2007. Ning Tang
Vice President – Operations

Mr. Tang, 50, joined Bohai in 2007. His management experience spans more than two decades with a principal focus on the medical, pharmaceutical and environmental sectors. His past experience includes Vice General Manager of Yantai Zhongya Medical Company from 1987 to 1998 and Vice President of Yantai Yongchang Pharmaceutical Company from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Tang was also General Manager of Yantai Xiangyu Environmental Protective Equipment Company in 2006 and 2007. [top]

Hongbin Shan
Vice President – Sales and Marketing

Mr. Shan, 41, joined Bohai in 2007. His career includes more than 10 years of experience in sales, marketing and management. His past positions include General Manager for the Qingdao Branch of Shandong Green Leaf Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Manager of the Su-Min Region where he was responsible for all marketing and sales initiatives. Prior to this work, Mr. Shan received a certificate from the senior MBA program at China’s prestigious Tsinghua University. [top]
